Nick brings 7 years brokerage experience in the Denver commercial real estate market having represented buyers, sellers, tenants, owners, & investors in a wide variety of lease and sale transactions. He has experience underwriting commercial and multifamily investment opportunities and offers real estate advisement & brokerage services for the West Denver sub-market. Nick holds a Masters Degree in Regional and City Planning and worked in planning and consulting for a number of years before moving into commercial real estate. His insight into the planning process and his experience owning businesses in the thriving RiNo & Highlands neighborhoods of Denver give him a unique insight into the market and approach to real estate advisement.
Having closed over 45 deals & with millions of dollars in sales & lease transactions under contract for his clients, Nick has developed both a strong ability to understand the needs of his clients and the ability to utilize his market knowledge and negotiation expertise to get the property under contract and see it through a successful closing. Nick got his start in commercial real estate in 2012 with The Space Agency as a leasing specialist in RiNo one of the fastest growing and rapidly gentrifying commercial districts in Denver. In 2014, Nick joined Atlas Real Estate Group, focusing on office leasing and commercial and multifamily investment property sales. After 3 years with SVN Denver a national franchise, Nick formed his company Colorado Commercial Agent to provide independent commercial advisement services for the West Denver Metro area. Colorado Commercial Agent opened its doors in September 2018 with a focus on client specific brokerage work.
